Q1 : How do I clean the Air-Kaol premium towel
1) Put the AirKaol towel into the laundry net - (a) (Use the laundry net isto prevent the cotton thread from being broken by the button.)
2) Put (a) into the washing machine and mix it with other clothing.
3) Washing by using the powder or liquid detergent. (Not recommended to use softener. Excess softener will harden the cotton thread)
Q2 : How should I do if my Air-Kaol lost its softness and fluffiness?If you feel that the towel has lost its softness and fluffiness, soak the towel in hot water for about 30 minutes before washing. After the hot water decomposes the sebum on the towel, and washing follow by the above cleaning procedure the towel will restore its soft and fluffy feeling again.
